Originating from the Schools For Health platform from Harvard Healthy Buildings. Foundations For Student Success focuses on the discussion, research, and dissemination of information regarding school buildings and their impact on student and teacher health and productivity. The Healthy Buildings team has worked to answer critical questions related to the environmental and contextual factors which influence absenteeism, health indicators, and academic performance in school environments. The "Foundations For Student Success" report incorporates findings from over 200 research studies and considers over 70 health outcomes related to school buildings. The evidence in the report unambiguously demonstrates that school buildings impact student health, thinking, and performance.
